A Sealshot license includes every future update, permanently. No window, no expiry, and no renewal to remember — if you have a license, you are done.

If you bought before this changed

Your license keeps working forever, whatever its paperwork says: Sealshot now treats every license as a permanent supporter license, including one whose update window has lapsed. Updates are free for everyone. There is nothing to replace, nothing to activate, and no action to take.

On a new Mac

You don't even need the file. Sealshot is donation-supported on the honor system — tick "I've donated" in Settings ▸ Support and the occasional reminder stops, which is all a license ever did.
